1. All travel MUST originate from Kuala Lumpur and apply for return economy class.
2. Group of two (2) persons travel together on entire journey. Deviation NOT permitted.
3. Valid on Singapore Airlines & Silk Air e-tickets only.
4. Customers requiring additional seats for personal comfort, bulky or fragile items etc. are not permitted to purchase GV fares for both his/her seat and the extra seat required.
5. Booking class is restricted to "V Class".
6. Waitlist segment on either outbound or inbound segment is NOT permitted.
7. Open dated travel is NOT permitted.
8. Turnaround open jaw is permitted as stipulated in the fare sheet. The higher return fares must be charged.
9. Stopover / Transfers NOT permitted in Singapore for all destinations.
10. Validity: minimum stay 2 days and maximum stay 1 month as stipulated in fare sheet.
11. Fares offered are valid on SQ operated flights only (NOT valid on SQ1000 to SQ7999 and SQ9000 to SQ9999 series).
12. Tickets must be issued within 72 hours after reservations are made or at least 3 days before departure whichever is earlier.
13. Full payment of total fare will be collect upon confirmation. CASH TERMS ONLY.
14. Rebooking / Revalidation : Flight/Date change NOT permitted.
15. Rerouting / Reissuance NOT permitted.
16. Strictly NO-REFUND for PARTIALLY-USED or TOTAL UNUTILIZED tickets.
17. NO extension of ticket validity is permitted.
