- Surcharge RM 30 /room/night for 1-3, 8-10 May, 5-7 June, 10-12 July, 28-31 Aug, 04-07 Sep, 16-18 Oct 2009
- Surcharge RM 50.00 /room/night for 18-22 Sept 2009.
- Car Rental Standard Manual upgrade to Standard Auto (Wira/Kia/Ford) + RM 15 / unit / night for Low season, RM 40 for high season.
- Car Rental Standard Manual upgrade to MPV Auto + RM 60 / unit / night for Low season, RM 100 for high season.
- 50% of deposit upon confirmation, balance is to be paid at least 14 days before group arrival.
